What I collect
If you use the contact form, I collect the name, email address, and message you submit, together with the date of submission. I do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Why I use it
Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a possible working relationship. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
How long I keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, normally no longer than two years, unless we enter into a working relationship.
Who can see it
Only I have access to enquiries. Data is stored with the website’s hosting and database providers, which process it on my behalf under appropriate agreements. It is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Email natalia@njadvisory.co and I will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
